Cancellation Policy
I try to be very understanding of the fact that we are all human and things may come up in the lives we lead, however, as a small business owner I need to protect myself from lost time and resources. Therefore, any no-show appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
